Lexi's on Third
2,235 sq ft
Lexi's is a creative way of taking unused lobby space in a commercial building (The Chase Center) in an urban setting, and making it a vibrant, eatery with a patio. The project has been successful in attracting new users while adding an amenity for the building's tenants.
The owner of the restaurant wanted to create the feel of a New York deli, but updated. The interior, with clean, neutral lines and finishes is punctuated with a brilliant red which historically has been a food-related color. DCI was responsible both for the interior and branding.
"The tools and expertise that the great staff at Design Collective put together in building, designing, and branding our first restaurant was simply amazing. I liked that they challenged my ideas and knowing that they were looking out for our best interest." - Danny Georges, Owner
