Lexi's is a creative way of taking unused lobby space in a commercial building (The Chase Center) in an urban setting, and making it a vibrant, eatery with a patio. The project has been successful in attracting new users while adding an amenity for the building's tenants.

The owner of the restaurant wanted to create the feel of a New York deli, but updated. The interior, with clean, neutral lines and finishes is punctuated with a brilliant red which historically has been a food-related color. DCI was responsible both for the interior and branding.
