Episcopal Retirement Homes contracted with DCI in the renovation of the lobby at Deupree House I. With a goal of creating a more welcoming, hospitality feel, the seldom-used and space-stealing staircase was replaced with a grand open space, providing additional seating and space for the residents to comfortably socialize or wait for transportation to the community events. 

A large palladium-like mirror, and a Chippendale-inspired railing were added to the space to add details and interest to the two-story space. Subsequently, DCI has reworked corridors and other public spaces.
