We are excited to announce the promotion of our newest Principal, Debra McLaughlin, NCIDQ, WELL AP.

 Since joining the Design Collective team in 1992, Deb has played a pivotal role in expanding the firm's Workplace portfolio. With over 30 years of experience, her extensive background encompasses corporate environments, primarily within professional services firms, as well as projects related to senior living. 

 Deb is passionate about transforming workspaces through thoughtful design solutions. Her exceptional listening skills allow her to understand clients' needs and guide the team in developing unique solutions. With NCIDQ and WELL AP certifications, Deb brings invaluable expertise to the industry. Her contributions to leadership include managing numerous successful projects, mentoring team members, and implementing new initiatives for the firm. As she transitions into this new leadership role, we take this moment to celebrate her many accomplishments.
