Design Collective welcomes Kat, Rosamaria, & Joyce to our Team!
Design Collective welcomes 2 new Designers to our Columbus, Ohio office.
Kat Cooper comes to us with a mixed background, most recently two years of experience in commercial design on workplace consultancy and strategy, all the way over in Scotland. She also has experience in hospitality and themed entertainment design, as well as a Master’s Degree in Architectural Conservation from the University of Edinburgh.
Outside of the office, you can find Kat touring historic buildings and planning her next travel adventure with her husband Angus. Fun fact: she has never met a dance floor she doesn’t like!
Rosamaria DiCristoforo started her career on the furniture distribution side providing her a strong background in FF&E specification. She has worked the last four years as an interior designer in diverse markets including multi-family, supportive housing, senior living, and elementary education. Her favorite part about being a designer is the exploration of the design process, which leads to rich problem solving.
Outside the office, Rosamaria often spends time with family and friends. Typically, this involves Sunday family dinners and her Mom’s amazing Italian cooking. She also loves checking out concerts around the city. When not losing her hearing at concerts, Rosamaria usually has a book in her hands. She’s currently trying to get through 25 before the end of the year!
With the retirement of our longtime Controller - Michael Herman after celebrating 19+ years of service to our firm, Design Collective is excited to welcome Joyce to our Team.
Joyce Davis is a native of NE Ohio and a frustrated Cleveland sports fan :) She graduated from Youngstown State University as a business management major and has worked in Accounting for 22+ years.
She is an avid world traveler who also likes to read books about travel and loves history. She has been to 10 countries internationally and would also like to visit all 50 states. She has been to all the states on both coasts, Alaska, and Hawaii, but is missing 19 from the middle of the country. She would also like to go to all the Canadian provinces and has so far traveled to 6.
