Design Collective welcomes 2 new Designers to our Columbus, Ohio office.  

Bianca Mandato started her career as a designer at a furniture dealership where she gained knowledge in FF&E specification.  She then transitioned to an interior designer in higher education where she made academic visions come to life for community and technical colleges, private institutions, and public universities.  Bianca’s favorite part of design is taking a client’s vision and making it “real” in a creative built environment.  Out of the office, you can find Bianca behind a camera taking snapshots around town or eating tacos with a margarita in hand at her favorite spot – Local Cantina.  She also enjoys listening to both classic and soft rock.  Her favorite bands are The Rolling Stones and Fleetwood Mac.

Sydney Weller comes to us with two years of experience and a background in tenant improvements and corporate lobby renovations projects. She also has experience in retail, medical office, and industrial design projects. Outside the office, Sydney is always searching for new places to eat and exploring galleries around the Short North with friends and family. She also enjoys cooking, painting, and adding to her indoor plant collection. She loves building on her music library and some of her favorite include Alternative/Rock - Cage the Elephant, HAIM, Tame Impala.
