Learin McHugh joins us a recent graduate from Ohio State and has experience with multiple design internships during her undergrad including working on Workplace, Hospitality, and Multi-family projects. During the design process, Learin finds the most rewarding part of each project is seeing conceptual ideas be brought to reality. Outside of work, Learin enjoys spending time with her family, playing any sort of card or board game (SORRY! is her favorite) and grabbing coffee or brunch with her friends. Learin loves exploring new local shops and restaurants in Columbus as well as her lazy days binging watching new shows and reality tv.

Cathleen Gleason graduated from The Ohio State university in interior design and brings a unique experience of originally pursuing a degree in Environmental Science based on her passion for sustainability. She ultimately decided design was her destiny but brings with her the combination of sustainability and design as well as her analytical and creative way of thinking to find the perfect solution. Outside of the office, Cathleen enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her 14-year-old dog, Ulis. She stays active by playing tennis, rollerblading around town, and coaching baton twirling. Most weekends Cathleen and her boyfriend Chris are at a local brewery, a concert, or working on renovating their Mid-Century fixer upper!
